Over 30 years of experience caring for some of the most decerning families and clients in the Dallas area and hiring quality caregivers. While home care is very personalized, we know from working with prominent families their expectations, concerns and needs. Caregivers are supervised by PHS staff who make personal visits to each client for wellness checks and to ensure that we are delivering the standard of care that we demand and our clients expect. Additionally, we use electronic geo-technology to track when caregivers arrive and depart for their shifts. We also encourage our clients to communicate any concerns, recommendations or grievances to our office as soon as they come to light so that we can make the necessary adjustments and address their concerns.

All calls are answered 24 hours, 7 days a week by PHS and our staff. We do not utilize any answering service. All questions and concerns about a caregiver, service or schedules should be addressed with our office and staff. We have dedicated personnel who are client advocates that will listen to a client’s concerns and discuss any appropriate changes.

In order for PHS to provide consistent and reliable service to our clients we request 7-day notice for any changes or cancellations to our service but always do our best to accommodate all requests in a timely manner. The reason for this is that our caregivers depend on their schedules for their livelihood and in order to plan their personal schedules. This policy helps insure the most reliable and consistent care for our clients.

Yes, depending on the caregiver. However, if a caregiver is asked to drive a client, they have to drive the client’s car and they need to be added as an additional driver to the client’s insurance coverage. This protects the client, the caregiver and PHS. We have been told that on occasion client’s actually save money when adding another driver to the client’s policy.

Insurance coverage for home care services is determined by your individual insurance policy. To get a clear understanding of what is covered, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly. We can assist you by providing any necessary documentation or information they may require to process a claim.
